Springstone Patient Financing

PNWF also offeres two cycle financing plans that you may qualify for, if you are 39 years old or younger and have adequate ovarian reserve testing.
Multi-Cycle Plan
This financial package of services includes two fresh in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles and all frozen embryo transfers (FET) within a 12 month period. All frozen embryos created from the first IVF cycle must be transferred prior to the start of the second IVF cycle.
The plan begins with your baseline ultrasound (suppression check) of the first IVF cycle and ends 12 months from that date, or if a pregnancy during that year is maintained 12 weeks from the last menstrual period.
Refund Plan
This financial package includesone fresh IVF cycle and all subsequent frozen embryo cycles within a 12 months period. If a pregnancy is not sustained for 12 weeks after your last menstrual pereod, 80% of the package will be refunded.
This plan begins with your baseline ultrasound (suppression check) and ends with the transfer of all cryopreserved embryos within one year from the start of the IVF cycle.
Please note: You must be pre-approved for the plans before the suppression check of your treatment cycle (before you start ovarian stimulation medication), so please let your coordinator know if you are interested.
