Dr. Hickok is a Reproductive
Endocrinologist who has been in clinical practice on
the Swedish Medical Center campus for the past 14
years. He was previously the Medical Director of
Reproductive Technologies, which provided embryology
and andrology laboratory support services for the
Swedish medical community and Pacific Gynecology
Specialists, before joining PNWF.
Dr. Hickok attended medical school and received his
residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at
the University of Washington. He completed his
subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive
Endocrinology and Infertility at Oregon Health
Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon. He is Board
Certified in Obstetric and Gynecology and a Fellow
of the American College of Obstetrics and
Gynecology. Dr. Hickok maintains a close affiliation
with the University of Washington where he is an
Clinical Professor in the Department of
Obstetrics and Gynecology and is actively involved
in the residency-training program.
Dr Hickok is also
active in local and regional medical societies and
is the past president of the Seattle Gynecologic
Society and Pacific Northwest Obstetric and
Gynecologic Association. In addition he has been the
program director for the Washington State
Obstetrical Association and the Pacific Coast
Reproductive Society of which he is a member of the
Board of Directors. Dr. Hickok is also a member of
the American Society of Reproductive Medicine,
Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology and
Society of Reproductive Surgeons. He has been
honored for the past 5 years to be named as one of
Seattleās top doctors and voted one of the best
doctors in America. He has published numerous
articles and book chapters and has been a
well-traveled speaker presenting talks on numerous
reproductive medicine topics throughout the
northwest.
