Experienced nurses, medical assistants, ultrasonographers, technicians and other clinical staff have been recruited from Virginia Mason, Pacific Gynecology,
Swedish Medical Center, and University of Washington for their professionalism, attitude of caring, and commitment to the care of infertile patients. They will work together drawing
from their collective clinical experience to tailor a personal treatment plan designed specifically for each patient.

Jane N. Perkins MSN, ARNP |

Jane received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1987 and her Masters in
Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991.
After receiving her Nurse Practitioner degree, she practiced in
Montana at an Ob Gyn women’s health care office for 12 years. In 2004, Jane began working with Dr. Marshall at Virginia Mason Medical Center for Fertility and
Reproductive Endocrinology, specializing in fertility evaluation, management of donor sperm cycles and the use of Clomid and injectable gonadotropins to achieve
pregnancy.
She also assists in evaluation of egg donors. As challenging of a process fertility is for patients, her goal is to help patients understand their
fertility issues and work together toward a healthy pregnancy.

Fran Butler

Fran graduated from the Toronto Western Hospital School of Nursing in 1966. She started her nursing career in an Intensive Care Unit and Recovery Room in
Toronto and then in Montreal for the next 5 years. She then stepped away from nursing to stay home and raise two kids, and play tennis. In 1992, she returned to
nursing joining Planned Parenthood as the Nursing Station Supervisor for two years.
She started her career in Reproductive Medicine when joining the Fertility Center at Virginia Mason in 1996. Since that time, she has gained experience in
all facets of fertility and looks forward to continuing her career at Pacific Northwest Fertility.

Tonya De Santi

Tonya De Santi has been in the field of women’s health for over 15 years. She was the ART coordinator for Pacific Gynecology Specialist
for the last 7 years where she managed all cycles for the 5 physicians group including Dr. Hickok. Tonya has worked with some of the major
pharmaceutical companies in providing continued education on fertility issues to surrounding physician groups. She is a member of the
American Society of Reproductive Medicine as well as a founding member and president elect of STARS (Seattle Tacoma area Reproductive
Society).

Stephanie
Frickleton Donor Program & Embryo Donation Coordinator |

Stephanie Frickleton is Pacific Northwest Fertility’s Donor Coordinator who helps fertility patients who are interested in being matched
with an egg donor. Stephanie has spent over 20 years as a teacher, counselor and health education specialist. Stephanie, her husband and
their four children moved to Bainbridge Island in 1998. Most recently she worked for Swedish Medical Center as the donor egg coordinator.
She attended Eastern Illinois University and has a B.S. in Community Health and a minor in Psychology. She is a Registered Counselor in the
State of Washington, a member of American Society of Reproductive Medicine and serves as a speaker for RESOLVE, The National Infertility
Association. |

Mitzi Hardy Donor Program Coordinator |

Mitzi Hardy began her health care career as a laboratory assistant in medical research. She moved on to Seattle’s community health system where she helped
at-risk patients with basic health care needs. Mitzi joined the fertility practice at the University of Washington in 1988, as a medical assistant. She took
over the role of IVF Coordinator in early 1992 and remained in this role until the close of the practice in late 2004. Mitzi has assisted thousands of patients
in achieving their pursuit of pregnancy.

Susan Christofferson Administrator |

Susan Christofferson, CMPE has an extensive background in medical practice administration and management. With a career spanning 24 years, she has provided
medical practice management support and consulting services for a variety of medical specialty and primary care practices in the Pacific Northwest. She
previously served as administrator with Pediatric Associates, Bellevue and Pacific Gynecology Specialists in Seattle.
Most recently, she worked with Virginia
Mason Medical Center implementing process improvement, patient safety and quality assurance initiatives. Ms. Christofferson attended St. Olaf College and has a
BS in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. She is a member of Medical Group Management Association and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive with the
American College of Medical Practice Executives. Susan is active in community affairs including extensive involvement with schools, church and youth activities
on Mercer Island.
