For Our Current Patients
We know our patients are very busy people, so our goal is to provide useful information to patients in the comfort of their home, office, automobile, or favorite coffee shop. Patients can check their electronic medical record, pay a bill, join a yoga class, and so much more.
Our current patient center is loaded with resources that we hope will make patients' experience while in our care all the better. Login to the electronic patient portal (eIVF), pay a bill, get a hotel recommendation, find an attorney or a mental health professional, sign up for our Wellness Program, or simply learn more about the work we do everyday.
Personal wellness of our patients is very important to the providers and staff here at Pacific NW Fertility.

My partner and I went to PNWF because of the positive stance they take on assisting the LGBT community build families. Our primary provider is wonderful. From the get-go, the doctor made us feel comfortable, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and it felt like we were friends talking about fertility treatment, not numbers on a chart. Our doctor, over the course of our treatment, really got to know our personalities too, which was great. I prefer scientific explanations and my partner prefers brief, "give me the short version" explanations. I mention this because the fact that she got to know us in that way really made us feel like she cared about us personally as well as the outcome of our treatment and our family.
I also appreciated the extremely efficient way that this clinic functions. I'm sure we've all experienced the long process of seeing a provider and then being told to get blood drawn and having to walk to a lab, draw a number and wait. What seems relatively simple can take over an hour. But, at PNWF, everything is in-house, and the communication between staff is excellent. I never waited long. If a nurse or doctor was a bit behind, my blood was drawn first. If blood-draw had a few patients ahead of me, I saw the nurse or doctor first. Or, at times, the financial coordinator. Everything at this clinic ran like a well-oiled machine.
I loved the model of direct communication into our nurse as well. Our nurse was with us every step of the way and even followed up with us during our pregnancy. She was extremely responsive and caring, another great aspect of our overall care.
We're the proud parents of a wonderful, perfect little boy now and we could not have done this without PNWF. I would highly recommend the clinic to anybody looking for a professional, caring place to build their family.
