For our Out of Town Guests
If you are traveling to Pacific NW Fertility from outside the Seattle area, the following is a brief overview process – you can also visit our Getting Started page for more information. In the meantime, consider learning more about our beautiful city by spending a few minutes at Visit Seattle.
Before you begin fertility treatment at Pacific NW Fertility, you and your partner can expect to have many laboratory and clinical assessments performed, which can be set up and handled via your local office, which will then provide records and results to our clinic. You will then be scheduled for a telephone appointment with one of our physicians to discuss your options in further detail, as well as a phone call with one of our IVF coordinators to answer any questions you may have about the process. With the help of your local office, the Pacific NW Fertility IVF coordinator will guide you through the process from start to finish. Team members from other areas of our clinic can also be available via phone, including embryology, andrology, and financial counseling. If you have specific questions about your care at PNWF, please contact your IVF Coordinator.

My partner and I went to PNWF because of the positive stance they take on assisting the LGBT community build families. Our primary provider is wonderful. From the get-go, the doctor made us feel comfortable, she took the time to answer all of our questions, and it felt like we were friends talking about fertility treatment, not numbers on a chart. Our doctor, over the course of our treatment, really got to know our personalities too, which was great. I prefer scientific explanations and my partner prefers brief, "give me the short version" explanations. I mention this because the fact that she got to know us in that way really made us feel like she cared about us personally as well as the outcome of our treatment and our family.
